What orders are eligible for free shipping?

Free shipping is available for any order with an order value over $90 and a shipping address located within Canada. Please see below for shipping options for orders being sent to the USA and other International locations.

What are my options for shipping within Canada?

We use Canada Post to ship within Canada. Please visit (https://www.canadapost.ca/cpc/en/personal/sending/parcels/compare-services-canada.page) for more details.

Are there USA and International shipping options?

Yes! We ship to locations outside of Canada via Canada Post. Please allow additional time for shipping to locations outside of Canada, and please refer to shipping timelines at checkout and through Canada Post (https://www.canadapost.ca/cpc/en/personal/sending/parcels/compare-services-international.page?).

*Note: shipping outside of Canada has multiple options for your shipment. During checkout you will be able to select the shipping method that best suits your needs. For example, USA orders will include the following options:

1. Canada Post Small Packet USA Air
    • Note - That the above option does not include tracking 

    2. Canada Post Tracked Packet USA Air

    3. Canada Post Expedited Parcel USA

    4. Canada Post Xpresspost USA

    International addresses will include a fifth option for ‘Canada Post Small Packet International Surface’.

    *For both International and USA orders the ‘Small Packet’ options do not include Tracking on your parcel, and once the item is in the hands of Canada Post our team at Earth Rangers will not be able to track your item or provide updates on the parcel route or whereabouts.

    I want to ship my order to a rural address in Canada and I’m concerned that it may not be delivered. What are my options?


    In order to ensure delivery of your order please confirm your full mailing address with correct postal code using the search option available on the Canada Post website (https://www.canadapost.ca/cpc/en).

    I entered the wrong address when I completed the shipping information, what should I do?


    If you realize that you entered an incorrect shipping address for your order, respond to the confirmation email you received when you processed your order. Responding immediately is imperative as orders are processed on a daily basis. If Earth Rangers is not notified of the mistake before the item is shipped Earth Rangers will not refund or replace the order or pay for re-shipping.

    What is the cost for shipping?


    The cost for shipping depends on the service you chose and where the order is being shipped to, as well as the weight and dimensions of your order. The cost of shipping will be calculated for you upon check out.

    Can I track my delivery?


    Canadian addresses: Yes, all Canadian parcels can be tracked. You can track your delivery through Canada Post. You will need the tracking number that was emailed to you after you place your order.

    USA or International addresses: This will depend on the shipping method you selected during checkout. Please refer to Canada Post USA and International parcel guidelines (https://www.canadapost.ca/cpc/en/personal/sending/parcels/compare-services-international.page?).

     

    How long does it take for my order to ship?

    Our dedicated team ships out orders on business days (excluding holidays or statutory holidays). Processing, packaging and shipping your order may take 1–3 business days. Once your order is processed you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.  

    What if I purchased a 'Pre-order only' product?

    Orders containing a ‘PRE-ORDER ONLY’ item will not be shipped out for 6-8 weeks. As soon as the product is available in-house for our team to ship this to you, your order will be on its way. 

    Pre-ordered parcels will still receive a confirmation of purchase, as well as a shipping confirmation email. [If applicable] Your tracking code will not show the parcel shipping with Canada Post until the order is shipped, but you can use the tracking details to keep yourself up to date on whether or not the order has shipped out within the expected 6-8 week timeframe.
